While I was washing the Jeep over at Bryan’s grandma’s, Ally filled up her little watering can and was helping grandma water the flowers. Before long, Ally decided that it was more fun to water herself!!! We took her shoes off and let her get soaked. Besides being wonderful photos, they’re even more awesome because Nicholas took them all by himself! Good job Nicholas! (future photographer maybe??)

Nothing like a blizzard to make you think and re-think your disaster plan. We got just over 15.5″ of snow in fewer than 48 hours.

Saturday we stayed in most of the day; except for my short drive in the Jeep, cause well, I can.

I was supposed to teach for Holloway on Saturday, I ended up canceling class since it was a level TWO snow emergency. While I think that driving to training is necessary, I fear I would have been the only one there to train 🙂 Plus, we can always use a little free advertising !!

“Oh . .NO . . 15 inches of snow . . . what is snow ?? . . . Oh, I see . . that is a lot of snow . . . you think these gloves will be big enough ?”

For thanksgiving we traveled to my mom’s. I got to visit with my brother and my sister. Below are some of the photos I took of my sister’s family.

A friend of ours, Holly Moretti just bought a yoga studio in Grandview. The Open House was this weekend and she wanted a painting done for the entry area. I worked on it in the evenings last week and delivered it yesterday. It is 3′ X 4′. The wall and background of the painting is actually a minty green, but the pictures came out lighter- She found the overall design and we switched the colors around etc. to make it perfect for the space she wanted it in. She LOVED it 🙂

We stopped at Steak-n-Shake for some light refreshment. Ally woke up to all of us sipping on our yummy shakes only to find out that she didn’t have one. This was not a happy time, so Daddy gave up his so that his little girl could take a sip; however, this is the last time the shake would ever be in his possession. So we ask is Ally possessive or are shakes just that yummy ?
